In 2003, Martinez Harper, Sr. was the co-founder of a custom home building company specializing in projects over 5000 sqft in Houston, TX. He became interested in the financial aspect of the business; and became a mortgage banker operating his own mortgage branch. For several years, he advised clients using direct lending banks to help buy and sell homes/property.

In 2013, he obtained his real estate license and has skillfully negotiated and helped families buy and lease their dream homes.
